4 My account

You must connect to your account and click on "My personal information" to: - modify your email address - modify your password - update your personal data To modify your delivery (s) and / or billing addresses ( s), you must click on “Edit address”, select the address in question and click on “Modify”. To modify your default address, click on “Add New Address”, complete your information, then select the case “default address”.

You must:

  1. Click on “My account”
  2. On the identification page, enter your email address and your password
  3. Click on “I connect” to access your account If you do not voluntarily disconnect of your session, you will remain in connected mode.

You have to :

  1. Click on "my account"
  2. On the identification page, enter your email address and a password.

For your password to be valid, it must have a minimum of 8 characters including a capital letter and a special character

  1. Click on "I create my account" to complete your account

You will receive an account creation confirmation email. Your identifiers are necessary to identify you and place an order securely on our e-shop.

If you do not remember your password, please click on "Forgot password" when you are on the login page. Please enter your email address to receive a link to reset your password by email. To change your password, all you have to do is go to the "My personal information" section when you are logged in to your account and click on "Change my password", then enter your old and new password in the dedicated area.

3 product

When an item is temporarily unavailable on our e-store, the product sheet is visible, but the sizes are grayed out and cannot be selected. It means the sizes are out of stock. If the product is sold out, the mention “out of stock” is indicated in the product photo and product  page.

You can consult the composition and maintenance in each product sheet. Please be aware that if you do not comply with them, we will be unable to accept any request for exchange, credit or refund.

We invite you to contact our Customer Service by email, at contact@sodilog.com, attaching if possible a photo of the item in question with a note explaining the defect noted. We will do an initial assessment with our Quality Department then we will contact you to give you the procedure to follow.

2 order

Once validated, your order cannot be modified or canceled. Please check it before proceeding to secure payment. By clicking on "pay my order", you unreservedly accept the General Conditions of Sale. We cannot add an item to an order that has already been paid for.

We invite you, first, to check your inbox for your junk mail and spam. If you can't find the confirmation email, you can check if the order appears in your account. Please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service, contact@sodilog.com

4 payment

The security of transactions is ensured by Monetico, the European leader in internet payments, which allows you to purchase in complete security through secure connections (https). Payment is secure, your bank details are encrypted using SSL protocol. We therefore have no access to your bank details at any time, which are not stored on our site.

You can pay by Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. You can save one or more card numbers to be able to reuse them for a next purchase by simply entering your security code. Also offers you to pay for your purchases with Paypal, a secure payment method, which allows you to make online payments without having to enter your credit card number. An email address and your Paypal password are sufficient.

The debit of your credit card or your Paypal account is made as soon as your order is validated.

Check that the item you want is still available: if the size is listed in light gray, it means that this size is no longer available, so you cannot add the item to your cart.

6 delivery

You can choose between standard Colissimo delivery for deliveries in mainland France and abroad or express with Chronopost for France only.

Your weekend orders are processed on Monday.

For France, Colissimo delivery is made, after shipment, within 2 to 5 working days (Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays).

Deliveries outside France are handled by Colissimo International (except for the United Kingdom). This service guarantees delivery within 5 to 10 working days (Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays) from the date of shipment.

Chronopost delivery in France is guaranteed within 24 hours for any order placed before 12 noon (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order with a tracking number. Our packages are delivered against signature.

For Zone 1, 2, 3, 4 : Free shipping for any order greater than or equal to 80 €
For BIG EXPORT – Zone 5 : 35 Euros excluding VAT for Shipping costs

For Switzerland : 9,90 Euros

In the order confirmation email, you have a tracking number and a link that redirects you to the carrier's website in order to locate your package. You can also track your order directly on your account in the "My orders" section. By clicking on the corresponding order number, you will directly access the carrier's parcel tracking number.

A transit advice note will be left in your mailbox so that you can collect your package from your post office or from a Chronopost relay for France. On this notice will be indicated an internet link allowing you to choose a new date / address. Otherwise, with or without a transit advice note, you can go directly to your post office or to the Chronopost relay indicated for France with the tracking number and your identity document.

Please note: after 10 days your order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be contacted by our Customer Service.

First, you can check the delivery of your order using the tracked parcel number found in the confirmation email or on your account. Do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service by email : contact@sodilog.com, with your order number and your tracking number in order to initiate an investigation with the carrier.

7 return

You have 15 days to return your item from the date of receipt of the package. Return conditions remain unchanged during commercial operations.

Please contact us at contact@sodilog.com specifying your order number, the item you wish to return, if you wish to exchange, credit or refund as well as the reason for the return. We will then communicate the return procedure to you.

- Credit: the credit is valid for six months on the e-boutique from the date of issue, it is breakable and non-refundable.

- Refund: the refund is made to the bank account with which you paid for your order.

When an order has been placed with a promotional code offering a discount linked to the simultaneous purchase of a predetermined number of items, the return of one or more items may have the effect of terminating the discount when the number of items required to apply the discount is no longer reached. The refund made will take into account the fact that the discount is no longer applicable.

Please contact us at contact@sodilog.com specifying your order number, the item you wish to exchange. You may request an exchange for one or more items, provided the total amount is less than or equal to the total amount of the returned item (s).

We cannot do both an exchange and a refund. A credit will be issued for the remaining item (s). Delivery of the new item is free.

The processing time is 30 days maximum, but we try to process your request within 72 hours after receiving the package at the warehouse (excluding periods of commercial operations).

The delivery costs invoiced during the shipment of your order are reimbursed to you only if you exercise your right of withdrawal within 15 days from the date of receipt of your package.

Return costs are your responsibility as indicated in our General Conditions of Sale. We advise you to keep your proof of posting.

Items must be returned in appropriate packaging. However, the shoes must be returned in their box, and we thank you for not using this box as a transport box.

2 Newsletters

Enter your e-mail address in the "Newsletter" box or check the newsletter subscription box in the "My personal information" section. From the moment you have an account, you will receive all our communications by email informing you of new products, private sales, etc.

You must log into your account and click on "My personal information", then uncheck the newsletter subscription box to unsubscribe. You can also use the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of our Newsletters. This unsubscription has immediate effect. You will no longer receive any emails from us from this date, including our invitations to private sales.
